Refund & Return Policy (a.k.a. The Not-So-Fine Print)

We want you to be thrilled with your order—doing a happy dance is the goal. But sometimes things happen. Here's how we handle it:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item shows up looking like it took a detour through a tornado—or it’s not what you ordered—email us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos so we can see what went wrong, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. No drama necessary.

Lost Packages:
Once your order leaves our hands and enters the mysterious world of mail carriers, it's officially on an adventure. We wish we could suit up and go find it, but unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for packages lost in transit or marked “delivered” but MIA.
We can help you start a claim with the carrier and offer moral support (and maybe memes).

Custom Orders:
Custom pieces are made just for you—like a tattoo, but less permanent. Because of their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Change of Heart:
Ordered on impulse at 2 a.m. and now questioning everything? We get it—but we don’t accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Maybe just... hang it in a new room and pretend it’s a fresh start?
